Grant Goodeve has made numerous TV, film, and stage appearances during 35 years in show business. He is now in his twelfth season as host of the Seattle-based outdoor/travel show “Northwest Backroads”. Home and Garden Television fans know him as the host of “If Walls Could Talk” from 2000 to 2004.

Grant is best known for his starring role in the popular series “Eight Is Enough” as well as his co-starring role as Rick Pedersen on "Northern Exposure”. He is also an accomplished singer/songwriter who has traveled and performed throughout the United States and has recorded two albums of original music.

He continues to add to his list of voice-over credits, including video games (Fear, Team Fortress, Starfox) television and radio commercials as well as documentaries. He has also done video and voice-over presentations for many companies including Microsoft, Boeing, Farmer’s Insurance, Bayliner, Milguard, Ford, Highmark Blue Shield, and Holland America. He also provides MC services to many charity organizations and events including Cystic Fibrosis, Union Gospel Mission, Master Builders Association, Woodland Park Zoo, and Children’s Hospital.

Grant and his wife Debbie have made their home in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years.
