Grant Goodeve has made numerous TV and film and stage appearances in a show business career spanning 38 years. Grant is currently entering his 16th season as host of the popular regional outdoor/travel show Northwest Backroads produced at KING 5 TV in Seattle. HGTV fans will know Grant as the host of If Walls Could Talk from 2000 to 2004.

As an actor, Grant is best known for his starring role as David Bradford in the popular series Eight Is Enough and for his co-starring role of Rick Pedersen on Northern Exposure. Grant is also an accomplished singer/songwriter who has traveled and performed throughout the United States.

Grant’s has numerous voice-over credits including local, regional and national television and radio commercial. He has voiced documentaries and video presentations for many companies and corporations including Centurylink, Alaska Airlines, Ford, Cleveland Clinic, Farmers Insurance, Delta Airlines, Microsoft, Boeing, Highmark Blue Shield, Magnolia Technology Partners, Motorola, Barrier Motors, Pro Sports Club, Highline Medical Center, Bankers Fidelity, Fiserv and Yamaha Boats. Video game enthusiasts will know him as The Engineer in Team Fortress, Wolf O’Donnell in Star Fox and Harlan Wade in F.E.A.R.

Grant and his wife Debbie have been married for 36 years, are avid tennis players and split their time between Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Seattle to stay close to their 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
